Outstanding service and extremely knowledgeable from day one. Mr. Singer and his legal team had my best interest from the start. I currently live in Florida and was selling a home in NJ. They were extremely responsive to all my emails, calls, took care of all documents with the closing. WHILE I was in FL!

Quoted me $750 for my house closing but, at closing, snuck in a Bill for his fee of $1150 PLUS had the Gaul and greed to add on $395 for document prep ( he didnt prepare anything, sellers attorney did that), AND padded the bill further by$260 for overnight FedEx (@$30 each) but he refused to show me proof of such overnight Mail expenses. My $750 quoted fee was a come-on. Singer wound up charging me $1150 plus $395 PLUS $260. This lawyer is deceptive and has a horrible bedside manner. STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE DUPED!!!

Mr. Singer is a wonderful attorney with a heart to help people. He is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to explain things thoroughly. I could not be more grateful for his wise counsel! And he has a very kind assistant named Marion who is a great help as well.
