My experience with Janet was UNBELIEVABLE. She got our place listed rapidly, coached us on how to take the photos, staged everything and closely worked with us on the process. Near immediately she scheduled an open house and it was incredibly successful. She showed up early, with all kinds of materials, and there were so many people there that there was nowhere to park. We had our house sold in TWO DAYS, for over asking price. I literally could not ask for anything more, but she gave it. Prior to the handoff of the home we had to clean it out, and she showed up personally and helped us wrap up the clean out. On top of all this, she was the realtor who helped us purchase the home in the first place and build beautiful memories in it with our family. I cant recommend Janet enough, and consider her not only a trusted business associate, but a friend as well. Janet rules.
