        RUN. This place (and the location on Newton Sparta Ave.) are dumpster fires of gross incompetence. I made two appointments with Connie who never showed to either. The accountants I spoke to had no idea how to address my issue (one worked there for 34 years and claimed she does not know how to fill out a W-4.) Scheduling department via online/phone is useless. Don't waste your time here if you care about your finances!

        Filed in the beginning of April inside of this office. It is May and I haven't recieved any calls or updates. Very stressful.

        These people are dense. 4 weeks after dropping off, still no call back with update. Go there myself to find that our taxes were never filed and will now be late. No notice. No consideration. Little professionalism.
