Hi Tara, thank you for your feedback. We appreciate all feedback and consider it carefully when applying necessary adjustments to our programming. We understand that swimming lessons are an extremely important and valuable activity that provides children the opportunity to learn life saving skills, while fostering a fun, loving and respectful relationship in the water. We regret not being able to provide your family with that experience. We do encourage all new and young swimmers to allow our team the opportunity to establish a trusting relationship with the child and acclimate to the new activity, sometimes this can take up to a few weeks, and our team is well trained in this. Should you wish to reintroduce your little one to swimming lessons, we hope you find success, whether it's with Njswim or not, because ultimately, we want all children to learn water safety and drowning prevention skills at an early age. Again, we'd love to have the opportunity to establish this relationship with your little one and provide an amazing learn to swim journey! Please note that on our end, the email address provided during the online registration process, seems to be incorrect. Therefore, our supporting information on policies and guidelines, as well as all transaction receipts, were blocked on the receiving end. Once we received your updated email address, we sent over the transaction receipts. Our leadership team works hard on educating, caring for and servicing our families in person and again, we would love the opportunity to establish a positive relationship with your family during your learn to swim journey.
