Jody!!!!!! All I can say is patience u must have after months of searching for the house we wanted, bidding wars and stressful nights.. Jody Novak not only sold us our gorgeous 1930s log cabin on Hunts Pond lake but when I renovated an adjacent propertyfrom a wreck to an enchanted cottageshe sold it in ONE WEEK. It sold for more than I would have imagined and she had several buyers competing! She found a great buyer, (who would be our neighbor), and the deal was done.
