I was shocked to see the many 1 and two star reviews because both of my experiences were excellent. The front desk staff was courteous, respectful, organized and efficient. The nursing staff was phenomenal. I had two procedures at this facility and each time I was treated with the utmost care and respect. **Shout out to RN Shannon! Dr. Lindy and the anesthesiologists who cared for me were thorough, compassionate, and managed to make me laugh, which helped ease my nerves prior to slipping off into sleepy land. I wish I could remember the names of everyone who assisted me but if youre reading this and you were part of my care team just know this review is written about you. Thank you Dr. Lindy and staff! Youre amazing!

Watch out for double/triple billing for the same medical treatment received. We paid 2 times online for the same treatment done. Apparently there is a online payment system problem with Premier health. Double check all your medical bills from Premier Health. They will send you invoices with finance charges multiple times even you have made payments online.

Wow hands down the most incompetent staff Id give them a zero if possible my wife went there for a procedure asked them 3x if her insurance is accepted yes , yes , yes. Well we got a huge bill from them they were not working with her insurance??? Now you tell us ? How did you expect to get paid ? And better yet when she called billing the woman said we dont check everyones insurance Rude and condescending. Stay away from these people
