I got my flowers for international womens day, the flowers are okay, def not the freshest, but the worst thing is that they came in a wooden box that is leaking and the box itself looks dirty which totally ruined it for me. Also my husband called three times asking not to deliver the flowers cause he wanted it to be a surprise and pick it up himself, and no one got back to him and the flowers got delivered and the surprise was ruined. So for over $100 I got a very average flowers in a leaking wooden box and no surprise. All of this could have been easily avoided if you just had a glass vase as advertised and picked up your phone.

I stopped at lake Mohawk flowers and while the sign was lit up saying it was open and the online hours and sign in the door hours said that it was open, the door was locked. I knocked on the door and no one answered even though the lights were on. I proceeded to call and leave a message and more than 24 hours later I still have not received a call back. Was very excited to try out this local flower shop and extremely disappointed that I wasn't even given a call back regarding my visit.

I bought roses here on Valentines Day. Its been over two weeks and the bouquet still looks amazing. Very high quality flowers and they were beautifully arranged. Totally worth it. I will never buy supermarket flowers again as they are cheaper for a reason. This place really impressed me, and the shop itself is really welcoming.

Cathy at Lake Mohawk Flower is the best!!!!! I recently got married last week and Cathy made our wedding look even more beautiful than we could ever have imaged. Cathy sat down with us and was so nice and knowledge while we were picking out our flowers for the ceremony and reception. When we walked into the wedding we were all blown away how gorgeous of a job Cathy did to make our day so so special. Thank you so much Cathy!!!!!!!

Speaking to, and dealing with Cathy was horrific. She was unpleasant, dishonest and sneaky. I attempted to work with her and assumed that since we were dealing with flowers for a funeral service she would have a morsel of compassion and this wouldn't even be a second thought, but that was not the case. I cancelled an order ahead of time because the service date I selected was incorrect... The wake service in New Jersey was a Sunday, and the funeral service in New Hampshire, was a Tuesday. I had selected Tuesday mistakenly and realized my own error. (I placed the order online on Friday. I called to cancel the order on Monday evening, prior to the delivery date). She called back on Tuesday morning, before the service in NH even happened, and she claimed to have delivered the flowers on Sunday, which was simply not true. She never called or confirmed if I had selected the wrong date, so how would the flowers have been delivered on a date I didn't select? I asked her why she wouldn't have called to confirm the date I meant if she caught it herself and her response was nonexistent. I never received confirmation of delivery on Sunday. The family of the deceased never received my flowers, because no flowers were delivered from me. I received an email AFTER our phone call on Tuesday with incorrect dates and information. I called her back, requesting a refund because the flowers were not received by the family as she claimed. She refused to issue a refund, claimed she was going to call the funeral home and hung up on me. I proceeded to immediately file a report through my bank after asking Cathy for a refund and being directly denied by her. I did receive a refund after speaking to the bank. She left me a hateful voicemail that I still have, and said she would calling the family of the deceased about this after speaking to the funeral home to get their information!! (What?? Unacceptable, this does not involve the husband who just lost his wife)!! She was unkind and difficult, and I think it's worth sharing my experience so someone else does not need to be faced with this during a troubling time, such as a loss in the family. It also had nothing to do with the $106.22, it had everything to do with the way this harsh woman handled it from the start. She completely upset me and ruined my day for absolutely no reason. The fact of the matter is, she handles her business dishonestly and I cannot recommend Lake Mohawk Flower Co. **It's also worth noting that I ordered flowers for the family from another facility that knew nothing of my horrendous experience here, and they delivered the beautiful flowers and also sent me a confirmation email as soon as the family received them.
