Best Verizon experience Ive ever had. Gian was calm, collected, knowledgeable, and kind. Never had a faster, more simple experience. Great service.

Lies, lies, and more lies. I wanted to upgrade my iphone to the iPhone 15. I looked at everything online and was ready to upgrade with my old plan, which is very old. First thing upon arrival they tried selling me all these video services that I have no need for or interested in. Next I was told I cannot upgrade with my old plan. Then the best line was "The phone will not work well with you old plan". A data plan is a data plan. Changing a plan has nothing to do with how data is processed. After about 15 mins I was told if I wanted to upgrade my plan would cost more montly. Thats not what I found online. I was so disgusted I left the store and went home to order the phone online. After speaking with the Verizon rep on the phone I was able to KEEP MY PLAN with no effects on data with the new phone. The rep was also very knowalable and helped me not only get a NEW plan BUT also reduce my montly bill with a the new iPhone. I ordered the phone and went back to the Sparta Verizon store to pick up the phone (trip #2). The sales person who helped me earlier was rude, and the manager was just as bad. I was handed the box, no instructions, comments anything. When I got home and setup the phone, transfered all my data it would not connect to the Verizon network. I called the store and they wanted my to come back AGAIN for trip #3. I refused and asked for them to do it remotely. The could not but did suggest I call Verizon (wow the one and only useful thing they did). After a 15 min call with Verizon my phone finally worked. The staff at this store were not helpful at all or more interested in selling me things I did not need. As I was leaving I asked about the txt message I received for 25% off an accesory and was told it is invalid in-store since I bought the phone online. I will never step foot in any of the Russell Verizon stores locally again. I'd rater drive to Rocakaway and get thing done profesionally and courteously the first time. What a horrible experience for a senior citizen to endure.
