Warren, Tony and the rest of the guys rock! Very patient and knowledgeable. Never try to upsell you or pressure you into doing anything extra. They just want the best for your car at the best value. I replaced my 4 tires for my truck. The sales person, Jasu, was very professional and helped me with the tire selection and applying for Goodyear CC. Everything went smooth. At the end I was given the paperwork for alignment and receipt, I got in my truck and drove home. I parked my truck on my drive way. I noticed something in the lower front bump then found out that it was a damage. I also felt weird when I was driving the truck something was not right. I checked the tire pressure and found out that the front right wheel had 38 psi instead of 35 psi. I went to the store and spoke with a sales person who said that the manager was not there and I can talk to him. He immediately denied it and told that the person that work on my truck said that he did not do it without even talking to him. I was told the manager will call me. One would think in such a company store that they have a system for taking cars in and returning them to customers ensuring that vehicles are not damaged and eliminate the company's risk.
