I would like to compliment the pharmacy personnel at this store, I have been a customer for over 30 years, and during that time I've had many disappointments, but as of today I can honestly say that the pharmacy has improved its service as far as processing prescriptions and personal intervention. On this day the cashier Joshua was extremely pleasant, courteous and waited on me with my complete satisfaction. My main reason for writing this review is to compliment CVS on the complete turnaround in the pharmacy Department. Please keep up the good work and reputation of this department, they deserve it.

Horrible service!!! I went to cvs for multivitamins that were prescribed to my 5 year old by her doctor !! I finally made It to the register and the girl there takes my prescription and hands it over to the pharmacist. She looks at my prescription and tells me that they dont have any in stock that theres a shortage !! First off if there was a shortage my doctor would have warned me so without looking in her system she told me no cvs pharmacy has it ! I New it was a lie she just was too entertained with her cell phone and I Interrupted.. so I leave and drive to 2 pharmacies and one being cvs for them to tell me that is not true and its a complete lie .. theres no shortage !! Im livid !! This is discrimination and I will make this a big deal !!
