Our Account Executive - Qassim​ Darawsheh Qassim was a pleasure to work with. He made a seemingly stressful process as less stressful as possible for us first time home buyers. From the beginning he explained the process to us thoroughly and was there to guide and explain every step to me. He was very efficient in communicating with my attorney and all the parties involved to make sure everything was running smoothly and in a timely fashion. Another aspect that stood out was if I ever needed clarification on any matter he never hesitated to call me/pick up my call to discuss the matter. I cannot recommend Qassim enough as I had an absolute wonderful experience working with him.

Bank agent are very helpful and patient Mr. Qassim is the best account executive agent that I worked with, Mr. Nasser is another good executive agents. I believe I had the longest experience and was very good one, starting from explaining the way how the Islamic way is applicated by the bank to the closing, and after closing too.Thank you for your service.

Nabil Maataoui is very knowledgeable, reliable, respectful, and patient. That is what I was looking for. My first experience with another Account Executive wasn’t the same. Nabil was available for questions and gave very detailed information. He really wanted to help and provided enough information so that I can make a better informed decision. My last experience was very “matter of fact” and seemed rushed. Nabil, you restored my business with Guidance Residential. I have a much better rate than previously, which was very troubling & upsetting. You took your time to explain how different factors affects your rate and what steps to take. As a woman that work with numbers, I appreciated the details and info. Anyhow, reviews are important and shouldn’t just highlight the positives. How can an organization grow if everything is roses?
