I have been working with Amogh Associates for more than an year and each and every member of their staff have been very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Mr.Tavatia and all other staff members Ms.Seema, Ms.Annie, Ms.Satya have all been extremely helpful and informative in all my dealings regarding insurance. When I was clueless about what options I have for life insurance, Mr.Tavatia spent a generous amount of time and very patiently explained all the available products. He did not rush me into making any decision. He made sure I was fully-informed and educated about the available insurance plans and only after I fully understood the available plans , then only he suggested what would the best option be for my particular situation taking into account my financial feasibility to avail the best plan for my situation. He setup the appointment for the medical representative to take the test and even explained all the health care measures to be taken before the test. When I was out of country for an extended duration n thought of cancelling my car insurance, Ms.Seema explained me the pitfalls of cancelling my car insurance and gave me the best possible cost effective option to reduce my car insurance price. All in all, all the staff at Amogh Associates are very prompt in attending your queries and close any actionable on their part the same day of your request and expedite the whole process and make it stress-free for their clients. I had insurance with other companies before but, I can honestly say its not the same level of commitment to customer satisfaction that I found at Amogh Associates. I highly recommend their services to any one looking for best insurance whether its auto insurance or life insurance.
