I used their services last year. They kept showing up and refilling the tank when we did not require a refill yet. I asked to be notified prior to coming to my home to see if I needed a refill or not. We never received a courtesy call before the refill. We would see on our cameras that someone was there refilling our tank. Last winter (october to february) they came 4 times. I cancelled our contract because we kept getting refilled and stuck with a bill of $750+ each time when we did not neeeed it. I changed to a different company after receiving recommendations from neighbors. Filled my tank with $550 in November. It is now April and I still have more than enough oil. We have actually used our heat more this year than last. Last year we tried to use less because of how expensive it was. I am finding it hard to believe that we had to spend about $3K last winter with less use but only $550 with more use. I do NOT recommend this company. I suggest shopping around with other reputable companies.

Customer service and the technician were very knowledgeable and helpful. The request was handled in a timely manner. No complaints at all
