    Im currently staying on the first level floor its my first time here and just booked something very quickly cause I remember years ago when it first opened it was a great location from word of mouth through my job. Complete joke, its currently 3:45 am checked in at 9pm only spending the night and leaving at 8 am. The room is occupied with my 3 year non verbal son and my husband we booked a 2 bed suite. As coming into the room the smell was more than amazing, the sheets smelled and looked really good. It seemed cleaned because of the wood like feel but little to know the room was dirty not too bad to complain though. I am not a complainer what so ever.. but as I am putting my son to bed I turned the heat on to get that chill out of the room and of course we brought take out to eat in the room. I have a toddler so he likes to get crumbs every where and we had a full garbage bin. The smell? Of my food within those hours of the stay and turning on the heat literally brought out the dang roaches and they started crawling on my husbands bed and on him as he was sleeping! I am pregnant with severe allergies and Eczema. Lets not even go there if you have allergies. You need to buy eye drops, eye ointment and some dang Allegra to stay in a room comfortably for some reason. Didnt know they aloud dogs here or animals here so my reaction as soon as I entered the room were HORRIFIC. I nearly had a allergy attack on my eye balls for the couple of hours of staying in this lovely room. I proceed to wake my husband up and we agree Id talk to the front desk cause hes nearly dead asleep and not understanding. As I go to tell the clerk about the roaches he was kind and said he never heard something like that on his shift and that he can absolutely give my family another room. As I check my next room before I move my family, I am extremely paranoid cause I have to be extremely clean for my skin care problems, the next room location was on the second floor and the whole hall way smelled like smoke. Whatever, but guess what Im pregnant.. so I was already off edge. Entered the room and checked everything. Theres is crumbs on the floor, blood on the blinds, hand prints on the wall, hand prints all over the fridge and freezer wasnt cleaned or swept seemed to be pube hair on the floor that you can immediately see plus this room didnt smell good at all upon entering plussss it was missing the top sheet to the bed so just had one little bed cover on both beds. Went back down and explained it was no good and told him what I found. Boom lets try the next room, we go up one more flight of stairs and mind you the elevator is broken and I am 7 months pregnant fighting for my life to walk up these flight up steps cant even breathe cause of the cigarette smoke. Finally get to our next room and boom. Its worse then the last room I just checked. Dirty floors, crumbs all over I thoroughly check the bed and googled how to check for roaches bed bugs and other stuff in hotels and boom, pulled the sheets back (this room actually had sheets on the bed and it was made).. found blood stains on the bed not just one or two. You know, who ever made this made clearly saw the dang blood and was like, yeah. Theyll be okay. Like what heck no. Went back down checked on my son and husband and now my son is passed out and husband still sleeping with the roaches on his bed. I go tell the clerk hotel guy that it was no good and now I cant move my son cause he is sleeping. He is non verbal and we had an extremely long day of travel. Its 4:05 am and Im sitting on a chair with my flash light cant even sleep cause Im looking to take photos of the dang roaches and very disturbed, disgusted, grossed out and come to find out this hotel has an infestation of roaches and bed begs with a little research and readings of others stay and visits. Exactly what I have found within 3 rooms others have complained about witnessed and went through. Theres no manager to speak to but shell be on the premises tomorrow morning at 9 am. Unsatisfied is an understatement.

    I have been there for a while and I found it very comfortable, the cleaning is weekly and very quiet, normal and good recession service, the only thing I don't like is that the neighbors upstairs make a lot of noise when stepping on and moving things, the rest is very Well
