TLDR: Nischwitz? More like Nitwits!! company with disgusting managers lies to allow my grandma to go cold and disrespected.
Do not purchase from this company. My grandmother scheduled a delivery for today and was never given a time. We unknowingly let our senior dog out, who has to go out frequently. The worker arrived in his truck, pulled down the dead end road, saw the dog, and proceeded to start to turn the truck around. We were able to get her inside, but it felt like as soon as the door shut, the truck sped off. Upon calling, the lady we usually talk to was very sweet however she claimed that the driver had called my grandmother. When checking the logs, there were no missed calls. She also claimed that there were multiple dogs in the yard and that it was dirty with piles of dog poop, even though we had the yard cleaned this morning in preparation for the delivery. We chose to escalate this to the boss, and once he answered this man would not let my grandmother speak once. He cut her off, and would not help us at all. The final straw was when my grandmother expressed that we were very low he scoffed and said well its easy to check. Yes, sir, it is easy for a 70 year old woman to climb down her basement stairs and bend down to check her heater. Great logic. All this to say that this company should be out of business. No wonder their workers skip jobs with this management!! If this is how they treat a customer. Glad to be the first google review! Clearly theyve been deleting because how is such an old company unreviewed?
