I went for the 2nd part of my deep cleaning. I have sensitive teeth and the dental hygienist made sure I didn't feel any discomfort during the procedure. The staff there is pleasant and efficient. Always a good experience.

Staff is rude and made me wait half an hour until I asked and told me they had put someone else in my time because I didn't confirm my appointment the day before. They expected me to wait over an hour for my appointment. I told her I had to leave before that and she dismissed my concern saying the doctor will come over. I left after waiting 2 months for my appointment. The time before when I had an appointment I had to wait 45 minutes despite confirming my appointment the day before and coming early. Scheduling is hectic and when I call most of the time no one would pick up. The hygienist and dentist are nice but front staff need to have better customer service and scheduling training.
