Mobile Modular Portable Storage - Plainfield

Very disappointed. When speaking to Debra, our salesperson I repeatedly stated that we had a new driveway and didn't want it damaged. She stated that as long as we placed wood down in the four corners for the pod to be placed on we should have no problem. Well when the pod was dropped off our driveway was scratched and left with divets. Then upon removal we were left with severe sunken indentations from the wood in our driveway. I contacted the company again and have yet to hear from them. Had we known the picture below would be what we are left with we never would have gotten the pod. The only reason I gave 1 star is because the pod did store well.

Ruby was so helpful! She went above and beyond to ensure that we had our storage container delivered to us earlier then what was orignally said. She saved the day!!!! Highly recommend!

Worst customer service experience I have ever had. The company was very attentive and informative and I was happy with them up until it was time to schedule our container delivery. Upon first agreeing I was told we could get the coming Saturday for a delivery, after about 10 minutes I returned their call and said I would like to do that date, only to find out it wasnt actually available. Not a big deal, so we scheduled for the following Friday (today). The company made us remove a large 30yd dumpster off the property to properly deliver the container which we agreed to do and had the area ready for our scheduled delivery today. Once it became 2 hours past the promised delivery time I called to find out we were never properly scheduled for today as promised. They offered to deliver next week which I hesitated to immediately agree to considering having already been told I was scheduled and it not being true. After an hour of not hearing back from me they canceled my order completely, even after I emailed back accepting the new delivery date. On top of all that I was never given an explanation as to why my delivery didnt come as promised today and it was clear to me they didnt value my business by ultimately canceling my order all together without even talking to me. I guess this is the reason you dont go with the lowest possible price available, lesson learned.
