        customer service very poor. Manager named Ashley with no humanity treats customers screaming and threatening. Please do not visit this branch. if renting better to rent a car through Enterprise branch near cranbury as that manager is very kind and helpful.

        Thank you so much to all the staff at Enterprise in South Plainfield .. Easy pick up , filled the gas before I left and such easy communication about extending my insurance paid for rental. Everyone Ive talked to especially Ashley have made me feel at ease with the whole rental process.. thanks for making an unfortunate situation better .
