Matrix Hair & Nails

First time there, she asked how long I wanted the nails and I said short, very short like my nails she seemed annoyed since the longer the nails the more money. Then she asked what color I wanted and told her that I wanted a red wine like color (gel) she proceeded to tell me that the powder color would look better but I told her that it was ok Ill stick to my decision she wouldnt let go she asked 4 times. Now being that I got extremely short nails & gel color I was expecting to pay $30,$35 or AT LEAST $40 SHE CHARGED ME $60!! I strongly believe that I was over charge because she wasnt going to making much on my nails & declined expensive products ridiculous if I could put 0 stars I would.

I have been going to Matrix for years for haircutting. Everyone from the owner on down at Matrix is very friendly and courteous. Walk-ins are welcome, but they have many regular customers that make appointments, so calling ahead is recommended. Maria does a fantastic job everytime when cutting my hair, and my wife is always happy with the results too. Katie did a fantastic styling on my 90 year old Mom. Katie did a wash, cut and style on my Mom and treated her with such great courtesy and respect. My Mom brought an image of a 1950's style that she wanted, and Katie was able to do it to my Mom's liking. The cost for my haircut was $20.00 and my Mom's wash-cut-styling was $40.00, which my Mom said was very reasonable because she had paid $60.00 elsewhere. I always go back to Matrix and I believe that they have found a new client in my Mom.
