My nephew n his family lived here for free for 4 years n he claimed to have fixed things but all he did was screw it up, to the point of possibly cause a fire. I contacted Gary n he came quickly n replace all the outlets n put in a new smoke detector. He also is fixing my hot water heater n the heater in my place. He was thorough n extremely knowledgeable. He was a God send. He even order all the parts i needed n took pics of my hot water heater n found out it had a 6 year warranty, which i never would of found out if not for Gary. He truly is the best at what he does.

My family friend recommended me to Hicks and sons home improvements we needed some projects taken care of , the most important one was we had a leak from our second floor to first floor from bathroom . We had someone come to try and repair it but it happened again , Gary did a wonderful job and was transparent threw the entire whole thing at the end he explained and showed pictures of everything he did and sent a very detailed invoice !! Still to this day everything is perfect ! He came in and got it done !! We will recommend as well !

Hired hicks and sons home improvements to come out for a emergency call as we had no active running water in the house as the main water valve got stuck closed . They came out extremely fast knew what the issue was and got it done asap we had water back on in our house within 2 hours of calling them . What can I say they came they saw and did it rite !! Couldnt have asked for more !!!! Thanks again hicks and sons home improvements . Specifically Gary !!
