My tour guide was Naja. She was so professional and really knew a lot about the property. She is a really good asset. The Highlands is a really nice and clean place with great amenities. I fell in love with it when I saw it.

The highlands is by far the loudest place I have ever stayed. The complex is really close to the highway , combined that with the fact that the walls are paper thin, you’re going to have to endure an extreme amount of noise, especially at night. You must wear ear plugs if you do not wish to get woken up multiple times/night by nonstop highway traffic. In addition, the floors/ceilings are also very fragile, which means you WILL hear your upstairs neighbors’ every move. If you happen to live under inconsiderate neighbors like we did, you’re in it for a nightmarish experience. Secondly, the cost. Please be advised that you will be charged for everything, from pool maintenance to alarms to gym, whether you use them or not. That’s hundreds of dollars a month on top of everything else you’re paying. They add up to the same amount you would pay for a brand new luxury apartment in the surrounding area. However, instead of getting brand new cabinets and appliances, everything is of the cheapest quality. You are not getting what you’re paying for. So please, please do your own due diligence, explore your options. You can do much much better!
