We have been in our home for about six months now! We are more and more grateful for Generations Realty with each passing day. I could go down a list of things that we appreciated from Eva and Duwan (from their professionalism: timeliness, patience, and urgency to them turning into my therapist each time I freaked out during the process, LOL), but what is most impressive is how connected and informed they are. Eva became a friend during this process, so it's not surprising that she has garnered the trust of those in this industry. She was not only able to connect us to quality and dependable professionals throughout our process (from the inspector to our lawyer), but her connections were golden! There were so many times that this process was more accessible for us simply because we were working with a business that others had come to trust and respect (i.e., "Oh! You're with Eva?! I know this is outside of the hours that we originally planned to show, but come on! You will be the last one."). That was invaluable! You want your realtor to be well-connected and known for integrity and quality! Generations Realty also isn't a "side hustle" for Eva. She puts 200% effort into ensuring success! I could go on and on about our experience, but I will leave it at this - we were able to buy the house of our dreams with minimal stress during a global pandemic and a seller's market!!!
