        I never leave reviews but I have Ubereats from this restaurant about 10 times. It LEGIT IS 10/10 every single item has never missed perfection. I am mindblown how amazing their items are and I tell all my coworkers about it. Excited to visit this place in person some time

        Jackie and Sons is AMAZING. Its my favorite place to go for a quick coffee or for a healthy brunch. The staff is so friendly and the pastries are so delicious and fresh. The food is so flavorful! My favorite is getting a Jackie and Sons scramble

        Ive been ordering from Jackie & Sons, since theyve opened. The food is always really good and tastes extremely fresh! The only issue Ive noticed is a consistency in portions. I usually order the Lamb Gyro platter and every time I order, its a different portion each time. Sometimes Ill get a huge portion of fries and other times a smaller portion. Even with the tzatziki sauce, sometimes Ill get a huge dollop or Ill receive a small sauce container. While I love the food, I just wish it was more consistent, especially since youre paying the same amount, even if youre receiving smaller portions than usual. Its just kind of a hit or miss when ordering. This is usually when I order for pickup/ delivery, maybe its different when dining in!

      We're very thankful and appreciative of your business these past 6 years and so happy you enjoy the food. Consistency regarding portions is important to us. Key ingredients of a dish (3 strips of lamb, 1 pita, Greek side salad), are all standard. The amount of fries and tzatziki is something we will work on and standardize as overstuffing the boxes can lead to containers not closing properly and food spilling into the bag and when the tzatziki is in the compartment instead of the closed container, it can also spill out and make the bottom of the box soggy. I will meet with the team to ensure such things are fixed and consistent so you can expect the same amount of food each time and to ensure everything is sealed and secure in the bag. Thank you again for your patronage and support. We hope to serve you for many years to come.Formal update - we are including 2 containers of tzatziki for both the Mujadara and Lamb Gyro Platters to ensure that there is enough tzatziki and to ensure the tzatziki is sealed to prevent any mess. We now have built into our morning routine to make containers of tzatziki to ensure we can do this consistently!
