        The building, amenities, and location are great but the real perk to living at Third & Valley is the Management Team. David, Monique, Juliet and the Third & Valley Team do an incredible job making you feel at home and are always super responsive and helpful. They put a lot of work into fostering a fun and safe environment for all residents and I'm truly grateful for having the opportunity to live here.

        It's been almost half a year since we moved in, and we've had an absolutely wonderful experience at Third & Valley. The entire staff is just lovely to work with. They are friendly, professional, but most importantly, trustworthy. We also appreciate all the efforts they make to bring a sense of community to the residents here. We like the convenience living here as the building is just a few mins away (walking, not driving) from everything we need - train station, vet, dry cleaner, hair salon, grocery stores, pharmacy, restaurants, etc. Highly recommended!

        Weve been living at Third and Valley for 2 years and just wanted to say how wonderful the staff is! The maintenance crew goes above any beyond. Super fast and efficient. Couldnt thank them enough!

        We lived at Third and Valley for 3 years and I cant recommend this place enough. Ive never been sad to leave an apartment before but this community and the management team truly made it hard to say goodbye. The location and beautiful apartments are truly the best. David is the property manager from heaven and well always be grateful to him and the staff!

        I had a great great experience living in this community. Leasing office people are very friendly and supportive. David is an amazing person. I highly recommend this place. Very great gym and Pilates classes as well.
