This is the worst garage door company I have ever used. Not only are they rude but they don't call you back and when they do, they don't keep a record of past services. The owner and the woman who takes appointments is absolutely clueless. Terrible garage door company. So rude and they don't even care that they are rude.

I purchased 2 brand new garage doors, Liftmaster, they delivered, un-boxed used ones. I only found out this cuz I called liftmaster manufacturer. I called, the guy name Paul (owner) said I have to pay extra for service fees. Will report further this matter to consumer department of South Bound Brook to wee if they can do something to this cheated Colonial Door Co. I donot want this company cheating again with other customers in the future.

I've worked with Colonial Door and Buyrite for years now. Always less issues with Colonial installs and service. Very responsive and knowledgeable staff. Great job guys and gals.

We recently had garage doors replaced (2/21) by Colonial Door Co. We are very satisfied with the job done. The crew set and explained the electric door openers, were very professional and there was no clean up for us. The price was reasonable. We would recommend them.

Called Colonial Door based on the reviews. The first day they were supposed to arrive between 8am - 12 noon. They were late so we had to reschedule. We rescheduled. The installer said we needed springs and new rollers which he said if we didn't get new springs would void the warranty on the door opener. We ended up spending a lot more than we had planned. Hopefully, we have a good working door opener. We'll see, as there were problems with the installation too.
