        Literally the best repair experience I have ever had with my very old car. Wei diagnosed the problem the same day it occurred and explained exactly what happened and what was needed to fix it. He worked overtime to get me my car back as quickly as possible and even showed me the damage to the part that he replaced. He was also upfront about the pricing of the parts and labor and worked to make sure I got the best value without compromising the quality. The shop is always busy (as it should be based on this high level of service) so there is usually a bit of a wait for a scheduled maintenance appointment, but it is absolutely worth it. 10 out of 5 stars.
