***update 4/09/23 Thank you Brian G. "New property manager" for talking to me and reassuring my concerns regarding issues will be handled in a timely manner. This complex had definitely gone downhill since Hurricane Ida, with new residents who haven't brought the best to our beautiful community. I have faith Brian, Marie and the rest of the staff at Finchley will eventually turn this place back around. Welcome to Finchley Brian! We're happy to have you! I've lived here for almost TEN YEARS! Mrs.Ali & Marie are the sweetest & kindest women you'll ever meet! A great community to raise your children with great neighbor's! If you want a place to make home I sincerely suggest moving here, you won't be disappointed! Awesome maintenance & wonderful management!

I had problems in the apartment from the previous tenant and was told by management that the apartment was cleaned and painted and fixed. With spots on the ceiling and tiles missing in the kitchen as well as a drawer in the kitchen that was practically falling off gives you an idea of how well Finchley Gardens is managed. This is just a couple. The bathroom shower rod was rusted and was not replaced until 5 months. My rating for this apartment is gotta be below 1.

My friend is living here so we went to just pick him up. But the society looks good and clean. I liked the surrounding and good quiet place to stay.

This place is amazing I've lived in the apartment for a while now and every one is just so nice I just wish they would get ride of the ant problem on people doors but others then that great place to live

I was first attracted to Finchley Gardens because the grounds always looked so clean, I saw the bushes being trimmed, lawn mowed. It appeared that management was serious about keeping the place up. I applied for an apartment and Ms. Ali took really good care of me. She was patient and accommodating. Any problems or issues that I had was taken care of immediately. It has come to my attention that Ms. Ali is no longer with Finchley Gardens and she is already sorely missed. Yet again I am walking out of my door to find dog poop at my steps after reporting the problem to management. Whenever something like this happens in the past it was taken care of on the spot. Ms. Ali, I wish you the best but know that I'll miss you and I think I speak for most of us here at Fenchley Gardens. I expect the grounds to now be FOS. Claudette
