The quality is top notch, and both their customer service + installation teams went above in beyond in every interaction we had with them. We did have an problem with one of our windows, and after multiple miscommunications in rectifying the issue, the team at Men with Tools really exceeded any expectation I had in not only resolving the issue, but ensuring we felt 100% satisfied with the solution.
