        The Maintenance Technician Rich was very nice & efficient. He fixed our screen door latch that broke from the wind & replaced the toilet valve. He even brought up the water that was just delivered. we love it here! Thank you. -Sarah

        I already felt at home walking into the leasing office of Nieuw Amsterdam Village for the initial tour. When I walked in the Property Manager Sandy gave me a big smile. The Gentleman in the office that I found out were the Maintenance Team were just as welcoming. It was a breath of fresh air. Some of the properties visited previously in our search were so rude & unprofessional. Daniela the leasing consultant was lovely. She gave me a feeling of warmth & made me smile. Very professional, helpful & responsive to any questions. My daughter wasn't able to make the tour. But upon move in said how beautiful everything was. We're thankful & happy to call Nieuw Amsterdam Village our new home.

        Moved into Nieuw Amsterdam Village in December 2023... Excellent place to live.... Neighbors are very nice and friendly.... Daniela who was the leasing agent that helped myself and my girlfriend get our apartment was very helpful from day #1 and answered every question that I did have. Sandy and the rest of the leasing staff provide great service was well... Maintenance personnel are very helpful and friendly as well... When they say to you welcome home after they give you your keys to your apartment, its a great feeling...
