Apparently we are losing our group home manager in Bridgewater NJ . I was definitely sadden when I heard this news. As a team we talked coming together collectively and given you a gift but unfortunately we couldn’t agree on what to get you . So a staff decided we publicly express our feelings . We must say We appreciate you for always empowering the staff and didn’t micromanage. Everyone deserves a great manager All We can say is job well done . We watched you come in every day and manage the hardest house in Somerset county . I’m sure the ladies at the home will miss their supervisor you laughed with them , cared for them , cooked , cleaned , played games , and helped promote independence and still managed to deal with staff issues . We highly doubt anyone will be able to fill your shoes . You made coming to work easy. Good luck on your move best wishes sincerely the team!
