Lisa Berchoff was a huge help during the sale of our house. It was an emotional time as we went through 30 years of memorabilia. Lisa offered creative suggestions as to how to move unwanted stuff out of our house and how to move other things around. She staged our house beautifully and in the end our rooms looked like they belonged in a magazine. Lisa has list of handyman contacts at her disposal so that when calling for a quote or to set up a project they responded quickly. She was a calming force during the closing and was able to keep the buyers agent and lawyers moving along.
