Im not that religious but Will Coney was a gift from god! I needed to find a rental property that allowed dogs, was a single family home, had a nice yard with a fence and was half way between Summit and Princeton. I had 3 days to find it and sign a lease and Will came through, he went above and beyond! He communicated all the challenges and was upfront and honest. Even as places fell through he continued to send me new listings until we finally found a place that fit our needs perfectly and was in a nice neighborhood. He help walk me through the lease and when the owner was out of town and I had to fly home he was in constant contact until the lease was signed and all the paperwork was done! Will was absolutely amazing and when Im ready to buy a house Will Coney will be the first person I call! Will is an awesome realtor to work with! He showed a great deal of patience especially in a crazy market like this. At times, it seemed like he worked around the clock to make sure his clients are the first ones to see the latest listings. I'm also amazed by his attention to detail - he noticed a lot of different attributes, both good and bad, when walking us through listings and he makes sure you are well informed to make the right decisions. The one thing I truly have to commend Will on is that it never seemed like he's in it for the money. In a market where everyone is overbidding and realtors are trying to push higher for more commission, Will provides you with the best market value of a property where you're aggressive enough to win, but not so much where you're overpaying. He is honest and fair. I will be returning for my next home purchase.
