Dont trust these people. I ordered an item online and received confirmation of the order. After a week with no shipping update, I called the store and was told they had sold the last one right before my order was placed. They made no attempt to notify me and they continue to list the item for sale on their website. I wouldnt have known if I hadnt followed up because the item was meant as a Xmas gift.

Horrible online shopping experience it's been 2 weeks since I placed order, no shipping, no answering to my multiple emails.
They don't even pick up the phone. The message saying mailbox is full call back later. Had to open a case to with my bank to get my money bac, still waiting. The worst store to buy from.

Absolutely love the collection here! Very lovely and engaged staff. The Swarovski items are very lovely and worth the price!
