I have been working with Synergy since 2013. I am happy working with them. The employer is very friendly and helpful. I have been through a lot in my financial situations, whenever I encountered with financial stunts, my employer is my safe haven. My mom diagnosed with cancer all of sudden in the year of 2020. I did not know who to ask for help. My boy friend was rich and well settled guy in his career, but he was dating another woman , enjoying his marriage festivals with her during that time but my employer helped me for her treatment. Not the first time but as many times I got into this type of situations, he will be there always as and when I needed. I never got any visa issue, even if does he has capability to take care. I never had fear of employment and the useless rigid rules of every employer. He is a flexible and open to hear us, open to help us.

I have just finished a little in excess of 3 years at Synergy Global Technologies Inc ,its one of the fastest growing firms in the state of New Jersey, and all that comes from a very strong backend and front ending teams.I find it to be a very good firm ,employee friendly and process driven.

I have a long association with Synergy and have been an employee of since 2009. A "NO Nonsense" employer. In this decade's journey, all I would say is that I have one of the nicest employers of New Jersey. Hope this association continues for many more years and wishing the company more milestones in the future. Congratulations on winning a spot in 2018's fastest growing companies.
