Both George and John were thorough in covering all the materials we needed to prepare for the NJ real estate exam. They kept things interesting and encouraged everyone to engage in the learning experience. I highly recommend this class.

Loved having George and Ms.G (Joette). They both made it very easy to understand. Ms.G has been a great support even after finishing the course. I have called her with questions and she has been there with the best advise, shes very helpful.

While the overall experience was positive, there was one significant drawback that I found quite frustrating.
On multiple occasions, the instructor would send out tests and homework assignments just 1.5 hours before the start of class. This last-minute distribution of materials was highly inconvenient.It also limited our ability to adequately prepare and review the material before discussing it in class.
While I understand that instructors may have busy schedules and unforeseen circumstances, consistent communication and timely distribution of materials are crucial for an effective learning environment. Unfortunately, this aspect of the class detracted from an otherwise positive experience.
In conclusion, despite the shortcomings in the distribution of materials, I would still recommend this real estate class to others. The instructor's expertise and engaging teaching style outweighed the inconvenience caused by the last-minute paperwork. However, I hope that future iterations of the course will address this issue to further enhance the overall learning experience.

A big Thank you to Joette my instructor who made the class fun, lively and very easy to learn with her amazing PowerPoints, honestly if you are a visual and audible learner, she is perfect as she uses her real world experience form her 20+ years in the industry to reference the things you will learn.They provide you with tons of material digitally to prepare and what Joette does is summarize each chapter, so that she can feed you the important parts. Signing up was easy, even when I needed to emergency switch classes, the response was great! Overall I had a lot of fun with Joette and all her jokes, her teaching style is definitely what you need to get yourself ready for the real estate exam. Thank you! I recommend getting the digital copy of the book btw it is more versatile and sometimes the hard copy can be delayed with shipping.
