The office manager Lisa gate keeps the practice. If your not willing to fully disclose private information to her you will never hear from the actual doctors who highly regard Lisa ability to collect information on potential clients. This place is not trauma informed in any capacity. Per what I understand the practice entrusts Lisa whom is not a certified mental health provider to engage in professional mental health phone services of screening and triage on behalf of the doctor.
Please be cautious as speaking to Lisa about my abusive coparenting relationship was triggering and she was unable to support me outside of apologizing and rushing me off the phone.
I never spoke to Dr. Tamm who was too busy to have a direct conversation with me although the services were specifically for me.

I called and left a message for the office manager that I was looking for a therapist for my son. Lisa called me back and was very pleasant and told me to text her my insurance card and she would start the process to see if we could find a good fit for him. About a week went by with no response so I texted Lisa for an update. After three more days of no response I texted again to see if maybe I was supposed to call. The following week, with not response still, I called and left a message for Lisa asking if I needed to do something more in order to move forward. To this day I have never heard back from Lisa. I would not waste my time if I was you. I will never use this practice.
