My recent experience attempting to make an appointment with Medical Center left me incredibly disappointed and frustrated. Upon trying to schedule an appointment, I was informed that they required proof of medical insurance before confirming the appointment. After providing my insurance information, I was told an hour later that they couldn't find any record of my coverage. It turned out that they had made a mistake in inputting my correct member ID number. But the frustration didn't end there. Upon confirming my insurance, I was informed that I would be required to wear a mask when visiting their office. I explained that I couldn't wear a mask for medical reasons, and when pressed for further information, I rightly asserted my right to keep my medical information confidential under HIPAA. Despite this, I was told that if I couldn't wear a mask, I couldn't see the doctor there. What astounded me the most was that, even four years after the COVID-19 pandemic, this facility still mandates mask-wearing for patients. It's common knowledge that the COVID-19 vaccine doesn't guarantee immunity or prevent transmission, and scientific evidence has shown that masks offer limited protection at best. Major hospitals have moved away from strict mask mandates, yet this facility insists on dehumanizing its patients by enforcing this unnecessary requirement. Ultimately, while this facility may be able to exert control over some individuals, they certainly won't be controlling me. I refuse to subject myself to unnecessary and ineffective measures that serve only to inconvenience and marginalize patients.

Tulsi Shah is my physical therapist at Central Jersey Sports & Spine in Somerset NJ. She did an excellent job with my rehab. Tulsi is a skilled therapist who is also a wonderful person. And the facility is top notch, all the best equipment, very clean and sanitary conditions and the staff is so friendly. My highest recommendation. I feel so much stronger now then before I started PT there. Thank you, Tulsi!

I had a wonderful experience with Physical Therapist, H. Unija and would highly recommend him! I started my therapy sessions with severe pain due to IT Band syndrome in my left leg. After two months of therapy with him along with continuing the stretches & exercises that I learned at home, my leg felt a lot better. Now, three months later I am able to move around normally again without the pain. Thank you again for putting me back together!
