    This company has the worst customer service. I can't ever understand what anyone is saying. I forced to use them with my old insurance, but have moved on....

    Would give zero stars if possible. Absolutely terrible customer service And usually nonexistent unless it is during normal business hours, you know when you are at work. You will always run out of supplies before your new ones show up. I have had to expedite supplies just to ensure my health does not suffer. Recommend going with any other supplier if you have the ability to.

    Representative do their best to give the patients the best information, however when it comes to insurances that no longer are in contract they should send a letter to those patients and they can be aware that they are no longer in contract with the insurances . Have some sort of a correct way to give the proper information and etiquettes to be able to please the patient. Also too many different answers whether your insurance goes through or not . Just be more organized.

    I've read many of the reviews and they all seem to have the same issues and concerns I have been experiencing for the past 7 months: orders getting cancelled, no communication from Byram (text, email or phone call), and no access to a supervisor or manager (always busy!). Same excuses for why this keeps happening, e.g. Insurance issues, but nothing is ever done to fix them so I personally called my insurance and they told me the "codes" Byram is submitting for the claims are not the right codes so the claims are being denied! You would think they would know what the correct codes are!? If my insurance provider had a better supplier option than Byram (only 1 other supplier in their network and their reviews are just as bad), I would switch. Maybe time to consider using Canadian pharmacy for my Dexcom CGM supplies, even though insurance doesn't cover it, but it will be hassle free! I get other supplies from there without any problems.

    We have been using Byram for the last 6 years since my daughter was first diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes and had had good service. Always did my orders through the app and never had any problems until the last couple times. I was trying to get my daughter an extra box of dexcom sensors for her to go to camp with she the customer service rep was so rude to me. I had called the insurance prior and they said she could have an extra box for the camp. So I called Byram with the phone number to give them to call for the override so I could get the extra box. The csr refused to process the extra box and said it was their policy to only give 1 box a month and when I asked to speak to a manager she refused to connect me. I work in a pharmacy so I understand how the overrides work and process them often for vacations and lost meds. It is a simple phone call to the insurance. This is my daughter's first time going to camp and what should have been an easy process has now turned into over a week of battle to get her the required items to go to camp. I am very upset at how I was treated and consequently will no longer be using Byram for my daughters supplies. I'm sure they won't care to lose 1 customer but I had to share my experience because being someone that works with the public and customers all the time I have never been talked to so rudely or treated any customer like that.
