        Was informed my prepaid shipping label had already been used when in fact when I took it to another store it when through fine. I did ask the store person to recheck but her and the store manager where convinced the issue was with the label. Will avoid this store in future. The Store staff and Management should have some understanding on how to use the FedEx services they are offering.
