        This place is a scam. Ive been trying to work with them for well over a year now and havent heard back about one position. Meanwhile, I started getting emails from other job boards that Ive never heard of and never signed up for, so its likely they sell our information to other recruiting firms. The worst part is they take advantage of disabled people. They claim to help neurodiverse and disabled people find work (I am in this category), and after reaching out to them they have done absolutely nothing for over a year. Do not work with this company. The owner touts himself as a champion of disability online but he is scamming all his customers.

        Honestly, they need to stop contacting me. It's like they contact me about a position I say yes then they would forget and ghost me about the position. Wash and repeat. Don't do business with these people they are just trying to meet number to show that they are doing work. In times like these where it is hard to land a job how unethical and non moral to continuously contact someone who will spend the time to apply just to meet your own selfish quota. If there was a lower star I would.

        I am thrilled to have been contacted by Rangam to find a job for me. I just had a phone interview with the company they referred me to and I have an in person interview already. The recruiter I am working with stays on top of everything and sends a reminder via text. They are a top notch agency.

        I, too, was thrilled to be sought after for a position with a client. Momentum seemed to be moving fast, phone and text communications, emails rush to get all my information turned in. I was even notified that I had been fast tracked due to what a seasoned candidate I am in my field. Then ... Crickets. I have not heard back for a few weeks despite my messages. There is definitely an opportunity for Rangam to improve in their communication skills. If another has been chosen for a position, I dont believe it would take much to notify who you initially have taken the time to build a rapport with. Final thought: without a solid foundation, there is no skyscraper.
