Decided it was necessary to have a generator installed for our home. We interviewed several plumbers/electricians and chose Franklin Electric. Unfortunately, because of the pandemic some time had passed before we had a delivery date. Franklin Electric was extremely understanding, patient, and courteous with my many inquiries regarding the delivery date. Every email was answered and answered timely. The electrician/tech guys who came to install were just as patient with my questions. They were courteous and understood that this was all new to us and wanted to understand the procedure. I can't say enough good things about Franklin Electric. I am just so glad that we did choose them for our generator.

Franklin Electric was quick to respond to my "after hours" emergency. The owner was more than fair on his pricing for the repair and even went the extra mile to look up answers for me to which he had no stake in. Franklin Electric, based in Somerset NJ, recently installed a replacement Generac generator for me. I must have contacted at least a half dozen local dealers, and his price was one of the lowest (maybe the lowest . . . I forget now), but for sure it was the most bang for the buck, as I value quality with price. Patrick, the owner, was very responsive to my many questions and replied in accurate, complete and timely fashion. His installers (Chuck and ?) were wonderful . . . very nice, professional and they took off their shoes before entering my house . . . they also answered my many questions. We had no problem with the township inspections when the install was complete. I have already recommended him to a friend of mine who is getting a new install. As for Generac, well they are the leader in residential installations for nothing. My last one only lasted under 9 years, due to the fact that I did not maintain it as well as I should have. It could have been fixed for a pretty high price, but I decided to put the money towards a new one, and maintain it better than the last one . . . with a Franklin Electric Preventive Maintenance Service Agreement. Franklin Electric is a great company and you should at least call them for a free consult.
