They dont have phone number anymore. They sold me on the phone a one year warranty service to make my printer work wireless and virus cleaning. The bill was over $300.00. But no one to support you when you most need it.

I called Globtier on accident trying to contact Kodak printer support. The lady I spoke with was extremely nice and explained to me how she could fix my printer with over $500 of software from Globier and it was the only way I could fix my printer. Upon reading reviews while I was on the phone I told her no and she proceeded to try and convince me by giving me her personal information. I eventually just hung up and contacted the real Kodak support team who identified my problem was that I needed a new print head and they sent me a new one for free for being a long time customer. I was so angry I almost spent $500 for software that would not have done anything to help solve my problem. Please do not be fooled!

Rip-off Artists!!!! Was directed to this company via HP service due trouble with printer. They determined the printer was broken and offered me a new printer for $100. Tech said it would be similar to one I had but when printer arrived is was a lessor quality model that I could have bought at 6 different stores for less than $60.
