        Deposited a check went bought some laundry detergent got a twenty cash back, walked up to get change and was asked for my debit card. In other words. I just wanted to break a twenty. I get you dont want to give out too much change but this was pretty ridiculous. She was also not the most welcoming. I will leave her name out of this. But, these people need to realize a few things. One being make change for a 20 without requiring me to have an account there. These people are petty.

        Best PNC around! The associates are all very friendly and knowledgeable. They know me by name and always make me feel welcomed. There is never a long line. I'm always in and out.
