Steve did a fantastic job picking up my car. He was polite & prompt (was at my location in 20 minutes!!) He was very personable & professional!! I hope I never need my car towed again but if I do Anna towing will be my first call!!!

Bad experience.. no communication..
I had AAA for towing service call. They really should reconsider using this company. I called AAA at 12:00pm on a Wednesday to have my broken down car towed- long Tow. They told me ANA would arrive before 2:00pm. By 2:30, no call, no tow truck. I contacted AAA, was told tow company was backed up and would be out within the hour ( I was the very next tow) By 3:30, no call, no tow truck. I explained how important it was for my car to arrive at its repair shop destination that day/night. ANA assured AAA that they would be out within 45 minutes. By 4:30, no call, no tow. AAA contacted again, and called ANA - they were backed up, but would be arriving shortly.. By 5:30, no call, no tow truck!! AAA contacted again and were told by ANA that they were on their way Then I received a call from AAA stating ANA could not tow my car that night but assured them that they would be at my house by 8:00am the following morning - I would be their very first tow of the day but by 10:00am, after my 4th call, I was told they would be about another 90 minutes!!!! After 4 phone calls and 4 more excuses of being backed up, they arrived at 10:00am with no apologies, but with hand out looking for the toll money. AAA needs to use a better towing company !!! Shouldnt take almost 24 hours to get your car towed to its designated repair shop. And ANA should change their bio ( from 24 hour towing service to it takes 24 hours to get your vehicle towed!) because they were definitely not honest, dependable, reliable, punctual or polite but did take 24+ hours to tow my vehicle

Heres an update:
Its been 4 hours since they picked up my car to be towed hour and a half away 2 hours tops with traffic..
When I called to see why my car had not arrived, dispatcher said the driver had another car to drop before making my trip? And, driver still 1/2 hour away. Very Deceitful. *avoid* this*company*
AAA needs to employ a better, more professional company

Hassan has come to my rescue twice now. He is a gentleman. Every time he comes, he is very friendly and helpful. He gets to you pretty quick as well and gets the job done fast. No one wants to be stranded on the road , but if you are in that situation, Hassan will take good care of you.

This company towed my car from ocean city to Brick NJ. They did a fantastic job n they were prompt. I def recommend this company. Excellent job by all involved!!
