Best dental experience I have had. Every member made me feel very comfortable and I felt heard and understood. They were accommodating to my needs as I absolutely dread going to the dentist. Appointment was not rushed and Dr. Novasack is very nice with a good sense of humor. Highly recommend- believe me, I really do not like the dentist but Ill be going here again in six months!

Currently leaving here now and Im just so upset. I came looking for help and he denied me because of writing a review from the previous dentist who made a comment about me that was out of line (they did call and apologize my previous dentist) I had planned on giving this place a great review for their friendly services I had read about online. Very disappointed. It didnt feel like family it felt like rejection and I left crying with no work done. Update: after crying because they denied me as a person who writes reviews! I went to Simply Smile in pleasantville and OMG the staff is amazing here and I wrote them a glowing review for their service and how they took an xray right away and didnt dismiss my front tooth actually not having a root canal and being sensitive. At Novasack he got frustrated with me because I said what he did hurt but in reality there is a root there. SIMPLY SMILE in pleasantville I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. They made me feel like family! Final update: Mainland dental the dentist himself called me and apologized again and wants to work with me to help me because they were very upset about how I was treated, I did take down my review for Mainland dental and will be re writing a nice one for them when all the work is done. I will be going back to my original dentist at Mainland but again as for this place I felt very hurt that they cared more about reputation then helping me. As a local I look out for locals so take this review how you would like. OH YEA! and he poked my front tooth and it hurt and he said how can it hurt if theres a root canal there would be no roots well guess what they did an xray at the Smile place and a previous dental office did not actually take the root out just charged me to redo my front teeth. So very lack of concern for patients. Be careful who you go to.

Best dentist in South Jersey Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, professional and open. I had an incident a few years back and needed a root canal / crown done Dr. Mark booked me and took care of me - its been several years since and I have yet to have any issues. It looks and feels as if nothing happened. Thanks for always being around you guys! -Christian

I am new to the area and mistakenly went to a practice that was mostly concerned with insurance coverage rather than health care. I called Novasack practice and was treated as a patient and not an insurance coverage. I actually had a conversation regarding my care rather than being told about it. This office is the way health care used to be, professional, caring, and empathy. Dr. Mark Novasack is the real deal along with the outstanding office staff.
