Ed and his crew power washed our vinyl siding and brick patio in August and got everything clean. Tip: put some duct tape over your door locks first so a direct water blast doesn't break or rust your inner lock works ($149 for the locksmith). Giving 2 stars because we also had them poly-sand the patio and part of it didn't set up. Ed refused to acknowledge any ownership of the problem, put me off for weeks saying that he would come look at it, and ultimately stopped returning my calls. I bought new poly-sand and finished the project myself 2 months later. Tip: Poly-sand is not that difficult to work with. Neither of us used a compactor as directions specify. And do get several quotes before committing to Town & Country. We overpaid.
