Dr. Naina was thorough and gentle during my examination, explaining everything clearly and answering all my questions. So caring and kind....they even sing as they work! That's right. The radio plays throughout the offices and you can hear Dr Naina and the techs singing. I don't even think they realize that they are. It was delightful and gave me the sense that they are confident and certainly skilled. It helped me relax and I had very little discomfort during the procedure....and I'm a big baby! The healing process went smoothly and took less time than expected. No infection or lingering swelling. And Natalia at the front desk is welcoming, congenial and competent. Just darling. I have never felt so assured and comfortable at ANY other dentist in my life! I appreciate you all at Diamond Care. (Appropriately named!)
