        Terrible, I filed my taxes almost two months ago, they said my W-2 was wrong, I send them an email numerous times that I found the right one. Today a escalations specialist asked me who didnt take my W-2, and what would I like Jackson Hewitt to do. Obviously to file my taxes, after waiting two months. I will take my taxes elsewhere.
