Front desk was unattended for over ten minutes!! I went outside and CALLED and spoke with a VERY RUDE WOMAN. A shame that is the way that office is being represented

Very unprofessional practice. Started a new patient appointment, I get there 15 minutes early and they reschedule because theyre too busy. What dr office even does that?? Ive never had an office reschedule me after arriving EARLY. The manager and staff need proper training or replaced.

Office staff is very rude. Especially the taller blonde woman. Tried filling out my new patient paperwork online but wouldnt work and heard her talking about me comparing me to other patients bc they didnt have issues. They then rescheduled my appt bc their tables takes so long wouldnt even allow me to finish up in the room while i wait for the dr.

I went to my appointment after doing the check in online just to get on time for them to tell me they cant see me. Very unprofessional, i wasted my time, my gas. Dont go there if you dont want your appointment to be canceled on you last minute, they have absolutely no time for their patient, they just want to get things done sadly but true.
