I have had a homeowners policy, a business policy, and an auto policy with Atlantic insurance for over twenty years. Bob and Mike have been so accommodating many times to not only make sure I have the best coverage but the best rate as well. Highly recommend !

Honestly have no clue how this place has any good reviews - I went there in person without calling at about 9am on a Friday, doors were locked and lights off. - I called and spoke with someone whose first words were oh is no one there?no duh. Followed by oh we usually quote over the phone.why have a retail presence if you dont want to speak with anyone in person. - Lastly gave my information for the person to have someone call me back and of course never received a call Off this interaction alone I would say to stay far away from this place as they cant even handle BASIC customer service/satisfaction. No way Id trust them to make sure they quoted the policy correctly.

I've been working with this company for a few years, specifically Mike L. I ran into an issue with my HOI, changing from one carrier to another, due to miscommunication on the part of the HOI provider. Once I notified Mike he immediately jumped on rectifying the issue and securing my reimbursemet all while keeping me in the loop regarding the process. This team really looks out for their consumers and sees everything through to completion!
